Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience required.
Travel experience preferred.
Certs REQ: BLS
License REQ: An active Licensed PT following the NY state regulations required
Education: B.S. in Physical Therapy

Description:

Shift: Days - Monday - Friday (8:00 am - 4:30 pm), 40hr/week
