Description

Job Description:

• Assesss, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care
• Provides treatment, patient education, and health counseling
• Monitors patient progress and documents care per facility guidelines
• Collaborates with the healthcare team to support patient outcomes
• May float to other units and take call as needed

Required Certifications & Licensure:
-Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice is required.
-BLS - American Heart Association.
-ACLS.
-NIH.
