Required Skills

• Current RN licensure (required)
• Minimum 2 years of chemotherapy administration experience
• Oncology infusion nursing experience, including patient assessment and ongoing monitoring during treatment
• Ability to assess patient health history and use clinical judgment to identify and respond to care needs
• Strong understanding of chemotherapy administration and cancer symptom management
• Experience addressing physician orders and coordinating care during in-office procedures
• Competency in patient and family education, including treatment understanding and self-care support
• Ability to monitor patients through frequent physical check-ins and respond to both health and emotional well-being needs
• Strong communication skills, including serving as the primary conduit for patient updates and relaying feedback to physicians
• EPIC experience (required)
• Knowledge and commitment to safety, infection control, and environmental standards
• Ability to triage patient care needs and provide direct nursing care within established policies and procedures
• Willingness to support quality improvement objectives and follow cancer care protocols

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary cancer care team
• Comfort providing detailed education to patients and families in an outpatient setting
• Demonstrated ability to support patients emotionally while maintaining clinical focus during infusion visits

Preferred Education and Experience

• Preferred: RN with oncology/infusion experience
• Required experience baseline: 2+ years of chemotherapy administration experience
• EPIC experience is required for consideration

Other Requirements

• Schedule: Day shift, Monday through Friday
• Certification: ONS Fundamentals of Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Administration Certification is required
