🚨 Now Hiring: Physical Therapist (PT) | Outpatient & Inpatient Care

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join a dynamic rehabilitation team providing care across multiple settings. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with both outpatient and inpatient populations while serving patients throughout the Copley Health System and its satellite locations.

The ideal candidate is a flexible clinician who enjoys working with a diverse patient population and is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Position Responsibilities

Outpatient Services

Provide direct patient care through evaluation, treatment planning, and rehabilitation services for outpatient populations at various therapy locations, including:

• Copley Therapy Services
• Satellite outpatient clinics
• Hardwick, Vermont location
• Additional therapy service sites as needed

Inpatient Services

Provide evaluation and treatment services for patients in:

• Emergency Department (ER)
• Acute Care Units
• Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) patients preparing for discharge
• Other inpatient settings as assigned

Clinical Duties

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and recovery strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Additional Expectations

• Flexibility to work across multiple therapy service locations as needed.
• Participation in weekend and holiday inpatient coverage rotations may be required.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload across outpatient and inpatient settings.

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Pelvic Floor Therapy Experience is highly desired but not required.

• Women's Health Physical Therapy
• Orthopedic Rehabilitation
• Acute Care Physical Therapy
