🏥 Travel RN – Med/Surg Tele / IMC Float Pool (Night Shift)

• Shift Type: Night Shift
• Schedule: 3 × 12-hour shifts per week
• Shift Timing: 18:30 – 07:00
• Total Weekly Hours: 36 hours/week

📌 Job Overview

• Role: Registered Nurse (RN) – Med/Surg Tele / IMC Float Pool
• Setting: Acute care hospital (Traveler Assignment)
• Float requirement: Must float between Med-Surg and Intermediate Care (IMC) units
• Patient Ratio: 1:4 – 1:6

🧠 Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years Telemetry experience (hospital setting)
• Minimum 2 years IMC (Intermediate Care) experience (required)
• Recent Med/Surg Tele experience required
• Recent EPIC EMR experience is mandatory
• Must have IMC experience clearly documented (no exceptions)

🚫 Eligibility Restrictions

• ❌ Submissions without IMC experience will be rejected

🩺 Clinical Responsibilities

Candidates must be comfortable managing patients with:

• Acute respiratory distress
• Septic shock
• Hypertensive crisis
• Severe congestive heart failure (CHF)
• Myocardial infarction (MI)
• Unstable angina
• Trauma cases

📜 Certifications & Requirements

• BLS – Required
• ACLS – Required
• Flu vaccine – Required
• 2-step PPD – Mandatory (no exceptions)
