🗓 Start Date: July 6, 2026
⏳ Duration: 13 weeks
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (40 hours/week)

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment. This role includes primarily center-based care with some in-home patient visits. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a flexible environment where caseload and patient interaction times may vary

Compensation & Benefits

💰 Weekly Pay Package: $2,900/week
💵 Hourly Rate (Taxable): $20/hour
🧾 Weekly Stipends:

Meals & Incidentals: $600
Housing: $1,500
🚗 Mileage Reimbursement: $0.58 per mile (for travel between center and home visits)
⏱ Overtime: 1.5x after 40 hours

Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy services to participants in a clinic setting and occasional in-home visits
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Adapt treatment plans based on participant needs and outcomes

Work Environment

Setting: Primarily center-based with some in-home visits
Caseload: Varies based on participant needs and therapist recommendations

Requirements

Active Physical Therapist license
Resume, cover page, and license required for submission
Ability to complete virtual interview (Microsoft Teams)
