Job Description
Malone Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and collaborative Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment at Baptist Health in beautiful Lexington, KY.
In this role, you will deliver comprehensive, patient-centered critical care by utilizing the nursing process, clinical autonomy, and evidence-based research. As a primary critical caregiver, you will perform comprehensive holistic assessments, manage multi-system problem lists, coordinate complex care transitions, and foster a healing environment centered on patient wellness and safety.

Requirements
- License: Active Kentucky (KY) State nursing license or valid Compact/Multistate license in hand.
- Experience: Previous acute care or critical care experience is preferred, but adaptable and clinically sound candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Certifications: Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification.
- Skills: Proficient clinical decision-making, clear communication skills, familiarity with electronic charting systems, and ability to coordinate complex admission/discharge protocols.
