Description
Job Title: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health
Assignment Length: 13–26 Weeks
Location: Olympia, WA and Surrounding Areas
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13–26 week travel assignment in the Olympia, Washington area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home health nursing and be proficient with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) documentation.
Schedule & Productivity
- Weekly Hour Guarantee: 32 Hours
- Productivity Expectation: 30 Points Per Week
- Shift: Days
- No On-Call or Weekend Requirements
Coverage Area
- Olympia, WA and surrounding communities
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing evaluations
- Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans
- Monitor patient progress and communicate changes in condition to the interdisciplinary team
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, medications, and home care needs
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliance with agency policies and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Recent Home Health experience required
- Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) required
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Mileage Reimbursement
Mileage is reimbursed between patient visits. Travel from home to the first patient and from the last patient back home is not reimbursed.
