Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical/Telemetry
Location: Greensboro, NC 27401
Start Date: June 29, 2026
Shift: Nights, 3×12-hour (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years MS experience (first-time travelers welcome)
- Certifications: BLS required
- Systems: Epic EMR
- Skills: Must pass EKG exam during onboarding
- Preferred: Previous Charge RN experience
