Description
Position: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
Facility: Monadnock Community Hospital
Location: 452 Old Street Road, Peterborough, NH
Start Date: ASAP (Permanent Position)
Shift: Nights – Part-Time (2 x 12-hour shifts per week, varied schedule)
Hours: 24 hours per week (Benefit Eligible)
Compensation:
- Starting at $40/hour (dependent on education and experience)
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree or higher in Respiratory Therapy
- Active Respiratory Therapist License
- BLS Certification (AHA)
- ACLS Certification
- NRP highly preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Ventilator and BiPAP/CPAP management
- Arterial Blood Gas (ABG) sampling and analysis
- Medication administration via nebulizer and metered-dose inhaler
- Cross-training in Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide acute and critical care services
