Compensation
Travel Package: $3,229/week
*Must reside over 50 miles away to qualify for travel package*

Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
Requirements
- Active CA PT license
- 1+ year Home Health experience
- Strong independent caseload management skills
- Willingness to travel between patients
- Mileage reimbursement provided!
