Description

Pride health is hiring a Registered Nurse for our client's Home health program in Berwick, PA, 18603.

Weekly Hour Guarantee: 40

Productivity Expectations (points): 30

Shift schedule (days, start & end times): 08:00 to 16:30 weekdays with weekend rotation and on call rotation.

On Call/Weekend Requirement: weekend and on call rotation.

Will Milage be reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient (Y/N)? Y ($0.50/Mile)

Compensation & Benefits:

Local Pay Package:

$50.00 – $57.00 per hour (W-2)

Travel Pay Package: (Applicable to candidates maintaining a primary residence outside a 50-mile radius of Berwick, PA)

$2,400.00 – $2,500.00 per week (Includes taxable & nontaxable parts)

Coverage Areas: Entire service area (Columbia County, Luzerne County, Montour County, Sullivan County, Schulykill County, Northumberland County).

What are the top responsibilities for this position? (Please be as detailed as possible): Perform home health visits for patients including all visit types (start of care, recertification, resumption of care, evaluation, follow up, routine, prn, check-in calls, transfers, discharges).

Must have qualifications/experience: RN license with RN home health experience, OASIS experience
