Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a travel assignment providing patient-centered care in an outpatient clinical setting. The therapist will evaluate, diagnose, and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life for patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions
• Document patient care and progress in a timely and accurate manner
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercises
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license (state requirements apply)
• Compact license accepted to start; permanent license must be obtained promptly
• Relevant experience in a clinical setting required
• Strong documentation and communication skills
