• Preferred: 5+ years of experience
• Strong Postpartum / Mother-Baby nursing experience preferred
• Labor & Delivery experience required
• Antepartum experience required
• OR experience required
• Newborn care experience required

Required Certifications

• BLS
• ACLS
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)

Required Skills

• Postpartum recovery care
• Mother-Baby nursing
• Labor & Delivery support
• Antepartum patient care
• Newborn assessment and care
• Post-Cesarean recovery
• Patient and family education
• Fetal and maternal monitoring

Dress Code

• Navy Blue Scrubs (provided by facility)

Important Note

Although the posting includes L&D, OR, and Antepartum experience, the facility's preference is for a nurse whose primary background is Postpartum/Mother-Baby Nursing rather than Labor & Delivery. So when screening candidates, prioritize:

1. Postpartum/Mother-Baby experience
2. Newborn care experience
3. NRP certification
4. L&D and Antepartum exposure
