Common Diagnosis/Treatment: post vascular, post CABG, CVA, respiratory failure, heart failure, chest pain/ post cath lab

Weekend Hours: every other weekend

Call Requirements: none

Float Requirements: possibly to medsurg but not likely

Number of Beds: 31

Patient Ratios: 1:4-1:5

Equipment: Baxter IV pumps, occasional epidural pumps

EHR: Meditech

Scrub Color: Royal Blue

Requirements:

1YR+ Exp Working in Specialty 

1YR+ Exp Working Only in Acute Care Setting 

ACTIVE BLS (AHA)

ACTIVE ACLS (AHA)

NIHSS (HWS Provides)

Must Have Skills/Exp: cardiac drips, chest tubes
