Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our healthcare team. This role is responsible for providing comprehensive respiratory care services to patients across a variety of clinical settings, including critical care, emergency care, and neonatal populations as applicable.

Required Qualifications

Education

Required:

• Associate Degree in Respiratory Care

Preferred:

• Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Care

Licensure & Certifications

Candidates must possess one of the following:

• Respiratory Therapy Certification through the Kentucky Board of Respiratory Care
  OR
• Respiratory Care License through the Kentucky Professional Licensing Agency (appropriate for facility location)

Additionally, candidates must hold:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Credential – National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)*

*PALS is not required for Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT) positions as determined by the hiring manager.

Additional Requirement:

• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) for candidates working with neonatal populations
• NRP is not required for PFT positions

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous healthcare experience
• Customer service experience
• Limited permit or student respiratory license experience
