🏥 Position Overview

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) for a Med/Ortho (Intermediate Care level) travel assignment in Golden, CO. This role is ideal for nurses who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

⚠️ Note: This is a Med/Ortho unit (NOT Step-Down).

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in health status
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Perform patient education and discharge planning
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation per hospital standards
• Execute delegated medical functions within scope of practice
• Float to other units as needed (within competency)
• Participate in on-call coverage if required

✅ Requirements

Must-Have:

• Active RN license (single state or compact)
• Minimum 1+ year RN experience
• BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NIHSS – Required
• ASN from an accredited nursing program

Preferred:

• TNCC certification
• BSN
• Previous travel experience
