Travel RN – Operating Room (OR)

Assignment Details

Important Notes

• Previous permanent employees of Swedish are not eligible for traveler assignments.
• All Swedish facilities honor an active Compact RN License.
• Floating may be required between campuses based on staffing needs.
• Weekend coverage may be required for on-call support.

Requirements

• Active RN License (Compact Accepted)
• BLS Certification Required
• ACLS Preferred
• Minimum 2 Years of Recent OR Experience

Position Overview

Join a busy surgical services team providing care across a variety of inpatient and outpatient procedures. The surgical volume is approximately 70% outpatient and 30% inpatient, with limited pediatric cases.

The ideal candidate will have strong circulating experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume operating room environment.

Scrub Experience

Highly preferred for:

• Trauma Cases
• Vascular Procedures

• Procedural Sedation Monitoring
• Blood & Blood Product Administration

• Epidural Pump Management
• PICC Line Care
• Central Line Management
• Port-A-Cath Access & Care
• Vascular Access Device Management

Patient Population

• Adult Patients
• Approximately 10% Pediatric Cases
• Inpatient and Outpatient Surgical Patients
