Schedule:
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 3x12-Hour Shifts
• Every Other Weekend / Every Other Holiday Required
• Block Scheduling Not Allowed

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive care for laboring, postpartum, and high-risk obstetric patients
• Assist with vaginal deliveries and C-sections
• Perform fetal monitoring and interpret fetal heart rate patterns
• Care for newborns and support breastfeeding/lactation
• Respond to obstetric emergencies and neonatal resuscitation situations
• Float to affiliated hospitals as needed

Required Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of Labor & Delivery experience
• Recent specialty experience within the last 12 months
• Travel experience required
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Community hospital experience required

Additional Details:
• Travelers required to float among 5 hospitals based on staffing needs
• Level III High-Risk OB Facility
• Patient Ratio: 1:2
• Weekend coverage required
• RTO must be submitted with the application
• Travelers must pass a Dysrhythmia Test within 72 hours of signing
• COVID-19 Vaccine + Booster Required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only)
• Flu Vaccine Required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only)
• Travelers must complete required labs within 48 hours of signing
• Contract Length: 91 Weeks
