Shift: 7A - 7P (Days)
Hours: 48/week guaranteed

Unit Overview
14 LDRPs + 2 ORs
Staff: 60 total
Patient Ratios: 1:1 to 1:2 max for L&D | 3:1 for PP (per AWHONN guidelines)
EMR: Meditech/CPN (Beacon)

Staffing Model
Day Shift: 1 charge RN, 2-3 L&D RNs, 2-3 PP RNs
Night Shift: 1 charge RN, 2-3 L&D RNs, 2-3 PP RNs

Requirements
Minimum Experience: 1+ year current acute care hospital L&D RN experience

Required Certifications
BLS
ACLS
NRP
EFM-C or AWHONN

Preferred Skills
Prior Meditech experience
Postpartum experience (highly preferred)
