This is a mandatory float facility
Travelers should expect frequent floating throughout Cook County Health facilities

Requirements

Active Illinois LPN License (must be in hand at submission)
BLS (AHA)
Illinois Pharmacology/Medication Administration coursework completed
2 years of LPN experience (Corrections, Med-Surg, LTAC, Skilled Nursing, or Acute Care experience highly desired)
Cerner experience required

Important Facility Notes

This is a mandatory float facility
Travelers should expect frequent floating throughout Cook County Health facilities
Float assignments may be communicated up to 2 hours before shift start
Refusal to float may result in contract cancellation
Floating may include units outside primary specialty with team-based support

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
