Schedule
- One schedule may be Monday–Friday
- Another schedule may be Friday–Monday
- Occasional weekend coverage (rare)
- No on-call requirement
Requirements
- Active Alaska Social Work License required before submission
- LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker) required
- Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or equivalent
- Experience with:
- EPIC
- MIDAS
- Must have housing and transportation secured before accepting the assignment
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' social situations and needs
- Develop care/discharge plans
- Participate in multidisciplinary team rounds
- Support discharge planning
