  • RN Ratio Goal:
    • 1 RN : 3 couplets (standard goal)
    • 1:6 ratio possible depending on acuity/assignment mix
  • High acuity (Magnesium): 1:4 ratio

    • 4 couplets if discharges or low-acuity mix
    • Twins may affect assignment balancing
  • Charge RN: No patient assignment (fully free charge)
