Shift: Nights – 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Schedule: Rotating 3x12s and 4x12s (36–48 Hours per Week)
Pay Rate: $30.00 – $40.00 per Hour

Job Summary

ND Global Consulting Services is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide direct patient care in a home health setting in Slater, Missouri. This position involves working with medically complex patients requiring skilled nursing services, personal care assistance, medication administration, and ongoing clinical monitoring.

The ideal candidate will have experience in home health, long-term care, skilled nursing, or direct care environments and be comfortable providing one-on-one patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and support to patients in a home setting.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and personal hygiene.
• Monitor and document vital signs, weight, intake/output, and overall patient status.
• Observe, assess, and report changes in patient condition.
• Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate documentation.
• Perform blood glucose monitoring and assist with insulin administration within scope of practice.
• Provide tracheostomy care, including suctioning, inner cannula changes, strap changes, and humidification support.
• Assist with G-tube and suprapubic catheter care.
• Administer nebulizer treatments and other prescribed therapies.
• Maintain compliance with agency policies, patient care standards, and documentation requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with caregivers, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Requirements

Required:

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to pass background checks and required clearances.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Preferred:

• Home Health experience.
• Long-Term Care (LTC) experience.
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience.
• Experience with tracheostomy care, suctioning, G-tubes, catheter care, and nebulizer treatments.
• Experience caring for medically complex patients.
