Title: ICU Nurse Manager :
Seeking an experienced and dynamic ICU Manager to provide operational leadership and clinical oversight for a high-acuity Intensive Care Unit. The ideal candidate is a proven healthcare leader with a strong critical care background, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to effectively lead multidisciplinary teams while ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Managerial experience required
  • Charge Nurse experience does NOT qualify as managerial experience.
• Minimum 5 years of ICU nursing experience required
• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Demonstrated leadership, team-building, and staff development experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, and hospital leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred
• Previous experience managing operations within a large acute-care hospital or health system
• Experience with quality improvement initiatives, regulatory compliance, staffing management, and budget oversight

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for ICU nursing operations
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, performance management, and employee development
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory standards, and patient safety initiatives
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Monitor quality metrics and implement process improvement strategies
• Foster a positive, professional, and accountable work environment
• Serve as a resource and mentor for nursing staff and leadership teams
