Physical Therapist | Greenwich, CT | Outpatient Setting

Details:

Speciality: Physical Therapist

Contract: 13 Weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Shift: 8a-5p M-F
Setting: Outpatient, including ~20% PT visits in Assisted Living Facilities
Hours (GT): 36–40 per week, based on facility need

PAY PACKAGE BREAKDOWN (Based on 36-40 hrs/week):

Weekly Pay: $2,340+
Blended Hourly: $65.00
Hourly Stipend: $28.00
Hourly Taxable: $37.00

Required Experience & Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years recent licensed PT experience
At least 1 recently completed travel assignment
Must have HomeCare/HomeBase
Experience with homecare/home-based care
Required Certifications: BLS & First Aid
