Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced RN – PACU with a minimum of 2 years of recent acute care experience to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide specialized post-anesthesia care, monitor patients recovering from surgical procedures, and respond promptly to changes in patient condition. This role requires strong clinical assessment skills, critical thinking, and a commitment to delivering safe, high-quality patient care.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patients recovering from anesthesia, ensuring a safe transition from surgery to recovery.
• Evaluate vital signs, pain levels, airway status, and overall patient condition, responding promptly to complications.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and post-operative treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families on post-operative care instructions while maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
