Description
Job Title: Home Care LPN
Location: Owings WV 26431
Hours: Mon-Fri 8-5 (with evening and weekend on call rotation)
Coverage Area: Harrison, Marion, Tyler, Barbour, Doddridge, Lewis, Upshur
Pay: $38.00 - $40.00 per hour – not per visit
Scheduled pay: Weekly
Milage Reimbursement: 0.54 cents/per mile
Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Short term disability after 90 days
Job Type: Full Time W2 contract to hire potential
Home Care LPN Responsibilities
- Harrison, Marion, Tyler, Barbour, Doddridge, Lewis, Upshur
- Provide care for clients following client's plan of care.
- Monitor client's vital statistics and report abnormal findings.
- Administer medications, feedings, oxygen, and ostomy care as needed.
- Complete routines as established by other care professionals.
- Maintain infection control policies and report possible communicable diseases.
- Document nursing actions and communication appropriately.
- Order supplies, medications, and feedings to ensure adequacy.
Home Care LPN Requirements:
- Active LPN license in the state of WV
- 1 year Home Health experience- required
- OASIS experience - required
- Homecare Homebase- required
