Compensation

Registered Nurse base pay (varies by experience and unit). We know this is important and will cover in full detail on initial call with you.

$33.50 - $73.31

Differentials

Nights: 15%
Weekends: Psych $1.75/hour

Sign On Bonus

$30,000 for days and nights, paid over two years with no payback requirement

Unit Openings

Psych Registered Nurse – Natick
Caring for adults, adolescents, and geriatric psychiatric patients across dedicated units. Nurses should expect a fast paced environment and occasional floating.

Minimum one year RN experience with behavioral health strongly preferred
3x12s on days or nights
Every other weekend
BLS and RN license required
ADN or BSN
On call required (details covered in interview)
