Registered Nurse (RN) – MedSurg / Telemetry & Rehab MedSurg | Sign on bonus up to $25k
Detroit, MI

Units:
- MedSurg / Telemetry (days and night)
- Rehab MedSurg (days only)
Schedule:
- 3x12s
Pay:
$34 – $48.10/hr based on experience + differentials
Bonus & Perks:
- Up to $25,000 sign-on bonus
- Strong clinical education including trauma and burn exposure
- Opportunities to expand skills and certifications
Requirements:
- RN with 1–2 years of experience in acute or semi-acute setting OR at least 1 year of MedSurg
- BLS required
- ACLS a plus
