Overview
A Peoria‑based hospital is seeking a skilled Travel IR Technologist to support a busy interventional radiology department. This role is ideal for an experienced technologist who thrives in a procedural environment and can step confidently into a fast‑moving team.

Position Responsibilities
- Assist physicians with IR procedures including vascular access, biopsies, drain placements, and image‑guided interventions
- Operate imaging equipment and maintain high‑quality imaging standards
- Prepare patients, manage supplies, and ensure procedural safety
- Participate in call rotation as assigned
- Collaborate with nurses, radiologists, and support staff to maintain efficient workflow

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of IR experience
- BLS – required
- Active Illinois license – required
- Strong procedural competency and ability to work independently
- Comfortable taking call and adapting to changing case volumes
