Manager Interviews - MUST be able to monitor as well as scrub/circulate!

Unit: Cath Lab

Experience Required: 3 years RN experience, at least 1.5 year in Cath Lab within the last year.

Certs Required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, Active LA/Compact license for submission.

Skills Required: Must be able to scrub/monitor as well as circulate - please decline RN traveler if they are unable to scrub – please include in offer what cases they are comfortable scrubbing.

Circulating, scrubbing and/or hemodynamic monitoring.  This would be for cardiac & peripheral vascular.  We do complex interventional procedures. 

Other skills required - Vasoactive drug administration, sedation administration, critical patient assessment skills, sterile technique, air management, Impella, Rotoblater, IABP, Pnumbra, Laser and lithotripsy atherectomy.

Floating: Will float between Willis Knighton Pierremont and Willis Knighton Bossier. Will also be back for WKMC North - this facility will perorm more compicated cases at this facility such as TAVR, mitral valve.

Ratios: 1:1

Patient Types: RN has 3 different fxns in these labs – circulating, monitoring or scrubbing – someone that could do multiple functions is needed – please decline candidates that are only able to circulate
·Coronary artery disease, STEMI, cardiogenic shock, complex total occlusions, diagnostic Cath procedures, valvular disease, renal disease, carotid stenosis, limb salvage, peripheral stenosis, thrombosis disease, TAVR, MitraClip, etc.
