Job Overview
Join a dynamic inpatient pharmacy team providing pharmaceutical care in a 163-bed acute care hospital. This role supports patients across all age groups, including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. The ideal candidate will have strong inpatient pharmacy experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Requirements
✅ Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License
✅ Minimum 2 Years of Inpatient Pharmacist Experience
✅ EPIC Beacon Experience Required
✅ Pyxis Experience Required
✅ Ability to Work with Diverse Patient Populations
Clinical Skills Preferred
