🚨 Hard Stops

• 5+ years of Emergency Department experience required
• Candidates with a combination of strong ICU + ED experience may be considered
• Active RN license required
• Must have all required certifications before start date
• Must live 60+ miles from facility to qualify for travel rate

• BLS
• ACLS
• NIHSS
• PALS or ENPC
• Handle With Care (can be completed on-site)

• 250-bed Academic Community Hospital
• Certified Advanced Primary Stroke Center
• Accredited Chest Pain Center
• 24-hour Emergency Department
• Serves Adult, Pediatric, and Geriatric populations

Emergency Department Details

• 31 ED beds
• 2 Triage Rooms
• 7 Behavioral Health/Acute Care beds
• Typical ratio: 1:4
• High-volume environment

EMR

• MedHost (Primary ED Documentation)
• Meditech (Admissions, eMAR, Behavioral Health)

Schedule

• 36 Guaranteed Hours
• Rotating weekends/as needed
• No Call Requirement
• Orientation every other Tuesday

Ideal Candidate Profile

✅ 5+ years recent ER experience
✅ Experience with Stroke, Cardiac, Behavioral Health, and Emergency patients
✅ Strong triage, critical thinking, and multitasking skills
✅ Positive, compassionate, team-oriented attitude
✅ Comfortable in a fast-paced community hospital setting
