Description

❤️ CVOR / Cardiac OR RN (Day Shift)

⏰ Shift

3x12 Days: 07:00 – 19:00
On-call required (see below)

🚨 HARD REQUIREMENTS

🧠 Experience

Minimum 3 years OR experience
MUST be able to:
- Scrub AND circulate

❤️ Cardiac Surgery Experience (REQUIRED)

Must have experience with:

CABG
Aortic & Mitral valve repair/replacement
Heart transplants
Aortic dissections
LVAD cases

➕ Preferred (Strong Plus)

Vascular / Thoracic experience:
- EVAR
- TEVAR
- TCAR
- Open AAA repair

📜 License

PA license OR Compact RN license REQUIRED at submission

💻 EMR

Epic experience required

🏥 UNIT DETAILS

Cardiac OR / CVOR with variable volume
Case mix includes:
- Complex cardiac surgery
- Vascular & thoracic overflow cases
Staffing ratio: 1:2

🔁 FLOATING

If cardiac volume is low:
- Float to main OR
- General surgery, Urology, ENT, etc.
Average: ~1x/week float (can increase)

📞 CALL / SCHEDULING

On-call required
~5 call shifts per month
- Days/hours vary
No holiday requirement
