Preferred Skills & Experience:
-Prior leadership experience as a Nursing Executive Director, Nursing Home Administrator, or Community Manager.
-Experience in the area of oversight.

Responsibilities Cont’d:
-Monitor and improve patient satisfaction utilizing available service metrics and national benchmarks to develop and implement action plans to achieve desired outcomes.
-Partner with physicians at the unit level to achieve clinical, operational, and service goals.
-Support staff participation in outside community organizations such as volunteer health clinics, health fairs and advisory boards for not-for-profit organizations.

No direct reports but will be needed to help stabilize staffing vs working on performance. Helping to stabilize and drive the team. 

Ideally Mon-Fri 7-4 (some flexibility in the start and end time)

needing the manager experience is the 1 important item for the team, need that to hit the ground running.

The team is open to a contract to hire candidates. Please make note on the coversheet if they are interested, I contract to hire.

 

Education:

Required Education:
-Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution

Preferred Education:
-Master's degree from an accredited institution (degree will be verified) must be obtained within 4 years of hire.

Required Certifications & Licensure: 
-Current Nursing License to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
-Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment.
-Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
