Shift: Flexible Shift (AM & PM shifts available, 10–13 hour shifts, Monday–Saturday, no later than 11:30 PM)
Facility Name: PSKC-Smokey Point (Coverage includes Smokey Point, Everett, Mountlake Terrace, and Monroe locations)
Facility Address: 18828 Smokey Point Blvd., Arlington, WA 98223
- Minimum 1 year of dialysis experience required.
- Current CHT or CCHT certification required.
- Current Washington State MA-HT certification required or ability to obtain.
- Current American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification required.
- Experience providing care to chronic dialysis patients in an outpatient dialysis setting.
- Ability to perform dialysis treatments and patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Must be willing to float between multiple clinic locations (Smokey Point, Everett, Mountlake Terrace, and Monroe).
- Strong patient care, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Holiday coverage required.
- Active certifications and state credentials must be maintained throughout the assignment.
