We are seeking an experienced Radiation Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment at a leading healthcare facility in Denver, Colorado. 📅 Assignment Details
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: ~10.5 Weeks
- Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts (Day Shift)
- Hours/Week: 40 hours
- Call/On-Call: Minimal (as needed)
- Department: Radiation Oncology Department
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physical, psychological, and social patient assessments
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Provide direct patient care and coordinate treatment plans for oncology patients
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, side effects, and follow-up care
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, ethics, and patient advocacy
- Support care coordination across departments for seamless patient experience

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License (Colorado or Compact – must transfer within 60 days)
- BLS Certification (AHA)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Minimum 2+ years of RN experience
- Oncology experience required (Radiation Oncology preferred)
