• Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts (Day Shift)

• Department: Radiation Oncology Department

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical, psychological, and social patient assessments
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Provide direct patient care and coordinate treatment plans for oncology patients
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, side effects, and follow-up care
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, ethics, and patient advocacy
• Support care coordination across departments for seamless patient experience

✅ Minimum Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License (Colorado or Compact – must transfer within 60 days)
• BLS Certification (AHA)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Minimum 2+ years of RN experience
• Oncology experience required (Radiation Oncology preferred)
