Pride Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for our client's Home Health program.

Hiring for the following locations in Kentucky:

Position 1: Franklin, KY, 42134; Coverage Areas: Simpson County.
Position 2: LAGRANGE, KY, 40031; Coverage Areas: Jefferson, Oldham, Henry, Trimble, Carroll counties.
 

Contract Duration: 3+ Months (Potential for conversion into a permanent role or Extension depending upon business needs.)

Local Pay Package:

• $50.00 – $57.00 per hour (W-2)

Travel Pay Package:

• $2,400.00 – $2,550.00 per week (Includes taxable & nontaxable parts)

Schedule: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with on call requirements. Will see approximately 7 to 8 patients daily but could fluctuate.

Mileage Reimbursement: $0.49 per mile (Milage will be reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient.)

Top responsibilities: Assess and manage patient care, medication reconciliation and refills, weekly IDG notes required as well as IDG meetings once weekly. Communicate with MD’s regarding patient condition and needs, completing charting.

Must have qualifications/experience: Must have Hospice experience, HCHB charting system, ability to work alone as well as with staff/physicians, will be required to take call with other staff.

Skills attributes: Ability to work alone, prioritize, good time management skills

Type of certification required: Active unencumbered KY nursing license or compact license.
