• End Date: October 3, 2026
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible based on unit needs)
• Hours: ~40 hours/week
• On-Call: Occasional availability for urgent unit needs (evenings/weekends)
• Setting: ICU (Critical Care)

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and management of ICU nursing operations
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure optimal patient care
• Drive clinical excellence and patient safety initiatives
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to meet clinical and operational goals
• Manage budgeting, cost control, and resource utilization
• Lead recruitment, retention, and staff development, including mentoring and performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (Joint Commission, CMS, OSHA, etc.)
• Monitor and improve patient satisfaction and quality metrics
• Support strategic planning and departmental growth initiatives
• Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and engagement

✅ Minimum Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License (MT or Compact – must transfer within 60 days)
• BLS Certification (AHA)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience required
• ICU experience required
