Unit Description:

This is a 54-bed medical unit that provides multidisciplinary care to a wide variety of patient populations. These patients encompass all types of disease processes to include: renal, hepatic, respiratory, cardiac, neurologic, psychiatric, and infectious diseases. We also see a high volume of cellulitis, COPD, diabetes, ETOH withdrawal, pneumonia, sepsis, and many more. Our diverse patient population encompass the entire adult life with patients as young as 18 up to the geriatric population.

Additional Comments:
Travelers may be required to float to the needs of the organization up to their competency level. Will be required to pick up one additional shift during schedule period (every 4-weeks). Renown has the right to call off, without penalty, 48 hours, for low census per 13-week contract. This may be full or partial shifts. Schedule varies based upon department needs. Schedule can include weekends, holidays, and some call shifts.
