Hinton, WV - LPN Medical Surgical

Day (3x12 Hours) 7:00-19:30 / Day (4x12 Hours) 7:00-19:30

2 plus yrs current experience, hospital experience required.

-1:6 ratios; Meditech EMR.
Must have AHA BLS; WV or compact LPN license.
Float required within scope of practice; every other weekend required.
Blocked scheduling cannot be accommodated.

DISCLOSURE: ALL Facilities work a Schedule of 36/48 for the two weeks’ pay period unless notated otherwise on job order. Ratios can fluctuate with census, call in, etc.
Orientation is bi-weekly. Start date on job is start date needed. Resource must reside 75 miles from facility to be considered.
