- Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Position Summary
The Medical Assistant (CMA) will provide clinical and administrative support to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care within the facility. This role requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with providers and clinical staff in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
- Obtain and document vital signs, medical histories, and patient information
- Assist providers with clinical procedures as needed
- Perform routine clinical tasks within CMA scope of practice
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Ensure exam rooms are stocked, clean, and prepared
- Provide excellent patient service and support throughout visits
- Follow all facility policies, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards
Minimum Requirements
- Active CMA License (required)
- Previous CMA experience (required)
