Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• Minimum of 1-year current acute care hospital experience as CVOR RN
• BLS & ACLS
• Must have Open Heart surgery experience
Preferred or nice to have candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• Level I and trauma experience
• Prior Meditech experience
• Cardiovascular experience
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
• AVR/MVR/CABG/Bentall/Dissection
• Manage the Operating room, assist surgeons, monitor vital signs and provide pre- and post-operative care
Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
• Flexibility - Day/Evening hours as needed.
• The call would be 1-2 5p-7p call shifts a week and then 7a-7p Saturday and Sunday every 6th weekend.
