Job description:

Therapist – BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Overview

Required Skills

• Must be CACI cleared
• Master’s degree with a Licensed BCBA professional in the working state
• Two (2) years’ experience providing behavior support for individuals with IDD and mental health diagnoses
• Competency in writing behavior support plans
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

Education and Experience

• Master’s degree (required) and an active BCBA license in the working state

• 2+ years of relevant experience (required) providing behavior support for IDD and mental health diagnoses.

   

Nice to have skills: 

• Experience working in a multidisciplinary setting.
• Familiarity with conducting FBAs across multiple settings
• Strong ability to coach and support staff during changing clinical needs.
