Description

Required Skills & Experience: -Seven (7) years of experience. -Accepts responsibility for words, actions, attitude, and results while meeting deadlines and performance expectations. -Practices effective, clear, and respectful communications (both verbal and written) and demonstrates attentiveness through active listening and engaged body language. -Collaborates, respects, and cooperates with all co-workers, valuing differences and addressing concerns directly, while actively contributing to the vision and results of the team. -Warmly, personally, and professionally greets all internal and external customers, promoting a high level of satisfaction by providing information about what to expect, actively listening, and intentionally following up on questions and concerns, including taking corrective action when necessary.

Required Education: -Technical Diploma from Surgical technologist accredited program. OR -Comparable military training.

Required Certifications & Licensure: -BLS -Certified Surgical Tech (CST) certification.

They were really quick about getting me a contract.

Cons

Staff constantly switched. My documents weren't sent to the school, resulting in a months lost pay. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get on touch with anyone to answer questions. I have been attempting to reach them for over a month with absolutely no response! They lose paperwork (tests, immunizations, background checks and fingerprints) resulting in even more lost work.
