We are currently seeking experienced Med/Surg Oncology Registered Nurses (RNs) for a travel assignment at a well-established hospital in Denver, Colorado.   • Start Date: August 3, 2026
  • End Date: October 31, 2026
  • Duration: 13 Weeks
  • Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (Night Shift)
  • Hours/Week: 36 hours
  • Openings: 3 positions available
  • Floating: May be required based on unit needs
  • On-Call: Possible during scheduled shifts

 

💼 Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care to Med/Surg Oncology patients
  • Perform comprehensive health assessments and monitor patient conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Administer medications, including chemotherapy (if certified)
  • Deliver patient education and counseling regarding treatments and recovery
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
  • Monitor and evaluate treatment responses and adjust care accordingly
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation per hospital standards
  • Delegate tasks and supervise support staff as appropriate
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) License (CO or Compact – must transfer within 60 days)
  • BLS Certification (AHA)
  • ASN required (BSN preferred)

  • Previous Med/Surg or Oncology experience preferred
