Shift: 12-Hour Nights (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM, may vary)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

🏥 About the Facility & Unit

Main inpatient surgical unit operating 24/7
High case volume: 28–55 cases per day
Strong focus on:
- Orthopedics
- Neurosurgery
- Urology
- General Surgery
- Thoracic Surgery
Equipped with 3 Da Vinci XI Robots for advanced procedures
Collaborative, highly skilled surgical team environment

🩺 Role & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care in the Operating Room
Assist in a wide range of surgical specialties including robotics, neuro, ortho, plastics, and GYN
Maintain sterile field and ensure adherence to surgical safety protocols
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs
Monitor patient condition throughout procedures and ensure optimal outcomes
Document care accurately in accordance with facility and regulatory standards

✅ Requirements

Minimum 2 years of recent OR experience
Experience across multiple specialties (robotics, neuro, ortho, etc.) highly preferred
Active RN license (state or compact)
BLS (AHA) – Required
ACLS (AHA) – Preferred

💼 Contract & Pay Details

Weekly guaranteed hours: 36
Overtime:
- Daily OT after 24 hours
- Weekly OT after 40 hours
On-call: Not required
Travel-only position (no local candidates)
