Description
Position: Pathology Assistant/Grossing Tech
Location: Needham, MA
Setting: Centralized pathology lab / production lab (non-patient-facing)
Duration: 13-weeks
Compensation
Local Pay Rate: $62/hr
Travel Package: $32,785/week
*Must reside over 50 miles away to qualify for travel package*

Position Details
Schedule:
- M-F, 3p - 11p
- Overtime is approved with prior authorization
Requirements
- ASCP (PA) or ASCP (HTL)
- 3+ yrs experience in pathology in a CAP certified clinical laboratory
- Experience grossing all small biopsies – case mix includes GI, breast and prostate core biopsies, skin, gyn, general surgical cases
- Comfortable grossing 160-180 cases per day
- Comfortable working evening shift where supervision is minimal!
