Description
MUST HAVE MA LICENSE AT TIME OF SUBMISSION AND OR TEMP LICENSE.
NO RTO WILL BE APPROVED
MUST HAVE TRAVEL EXPERIENCE AND LEVEL 1 TRAUMA
- 12H rotating D/E/N rotate every 2 weeks, every other weekend
- License Registered Nurse required 3 years related work experience required.
CPR-AHA ACLS PALS
EPIC preferred EMR experience required EMR is provider order entry (specific to BIDMC) Transitioning to Epic in the summer
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a teaching hospital and specialty area expertise preferred.
TNCC certification preferred.
MAB (Management of Assaultive Behavior) strongly preferred Level I trauma experience highly preferred
NO local travelers will be accepted (cannot reside within 50 mi from the facility)
Orientation is weekly (every Monday barring a holiday) NM to interview and offer
The Emergency Department (ED) is a level I trauma center serving the Boston metropolitan area. Each year nearly 55,000 patients are treated in the Emergency Department. Our state-of-the-art facility is designed to meet the needs of a high-volume, acutely injured or ill patient population. We provide the most sophisticated, rapid emergency and trauma care available, and we are looking for Nurses who want to expand and build upon their knowledge base to be part of our talented team.
